If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us shop.lovecathyannco@gmail.com.. if you received your item, there’s a 2 days window for you inspect your item and to contact us regarding any issues. If we are not contacted within the timeframe, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
